The third issue of 2019 of the Journal of Service Management Research (SMR) has been published.
The articles in the current issue range from exploring the antecedents of user experience with conversational agents, examining the influence of relationship intensity and satisfaction level during joint shopping, investigating the effect of construed external image on brand citizenship behaviour of service employees, to analysing the importance of positive word of mouth effects on customer lifetime value.
